I love making sense of complex relationship and I am passionate about innovation, technology, and how these impact society. I leverage this passion by focusing my research on sustainability transitions and the ways in which organizations can change for a desirable future for all. Within innovation North, I help building knowledge and experience at the intersection of design and sustainability while seeking to translate the diverse and complex insights gained at Innovation North into practical application.

Corporations can no longer afford to innovate in silos. They need a systems approach if they are to remain relevant both in the near and far futures. Too often organizations focus on addressing the symptoms of todays’ most pressing societal challenges, rather than their root cause. With Innovation North, I am striving to figure out how seeing root causes, understanding impacts, and designing against negative unintended consequences, can become a mainstream corporate innovation practice.
